The Luzianne

I had a great stay. With all of the comforts and conveniences in the apartment, it was easy to relax and enjoy my time in the city. There were so many places to visit within walking distance, I didn't miss not having a car. Would definitely book again.

Very conveniently located relative to many locations. Easy walk to streetcars.

Great place to stay

Couple minor problems were taken care of expeditiously by Devin. One suggestion might be to add a two seat couch or additional chairs in living room area. Seating is limited if more than 4 persons. And lighting in laundry room would be helpful. Loved the pour thru coffee setup and the showers. Will certainly consider for next NOLA visit.

This is a fully outfitted spacious condo with high end appliances and finishes in a great location. The only thing missing was a toaster! Huge patio and lots of privacy. Two excellent restaurants directly across the street.

The property is exactly as advertised, amazing and perfectly located. We felt secure and safe in a quality location (inside the Roami) and absolutely loved our stay there....until we didn't. On the day of checkout (2/25/24), we had an early flight, so when my son, husband and myself exited the building just after 3am and rounded the corner into the alley (which is a closer distance to the parking garage) we got about 100ft down the alley, headed towards the secure code entrance to the parking structure, when one man exited a dark doorway and two other men stepped into the middle the street at the other end of the alley. The man who exited the dark doorway started coming towards us, and we rushed to the door and entered the code, while I ran in, my husband pushed our son in and then pulled the door closed. He said he saw the guy rushing towards us. There was then a large bang outside the parking garage security door, from an apparently angry assailant. (it sounded like a gunshot) We then rushed to the elevator up to the third floor, where we panicked yet again after we realized we would have to exit on the same one way alley street that these men were on. Fortunately, we exited the garage and turned the wrong way and got away safely but this situation eliminated all sense of security for us at this location. There should absolutely be interior access to the parking garage.

Checking in was difficult because our code didn't work at first. The unit is great and very light and spacious. The door can NOT be locked from the inside.

Convenient location within walking distance of almost everything in the city.

Overall great accommodations in a central location. The Cafe was a bonus. I would recommend to all and look forward to a refurn NOLA weekend and staying at the Luzianne!
