The hotel itself is beautiful,peaceful with great views from the hill and rooms were spacious beautifully decorated and well managed ,its clean and good smell ,great choice for hotel amenities love the way we can contact with staff through the application,so convenient ,The hill top restaurant was stunning views with a crowded customers.Hotel staff making us fell welcome thank you very much for giving my kids a great experience.Highly recommended!

Sinae Phuket is an unforgettable escape—breathtaking views, warm hospitality, and incredible food all in one serene setting. We stayed for 3 nights in Sinae and the room was truly amazing and staff was really friendly especially Sun and Sek. We highly recommend Sinae!

The most relaxing couple of days after 3 weeks of travelling Thailand. A beautiful resort located remotely within Phuket. I stayed in a suite which comes with a private pool and it was fantastic, the room is amazing and the pool very good, the only downside is that I didn’t get any sun round my balcony/ pool area after lunch so was unable to sunbathe. The resort is very remote which was ideal for me as I did want some peace however if you’re wanting to walk to places then it may not be for you. There is no beach nearby which I would have liked. The spa treatments available are brilliant and I made use of the spa each day! The staff are so friendly and make you feel so special. The app you download on arrival is so useful. You can order room service and communicate with the kitchen (I was concerned I’d receive a meat burger and the kitchen sent me images of the food labels confirming it was vegetarian) this is next level service. The staff are so helpful and really make you feel welcome. As a solo traveller I felt so safe and this to me is very important. Only one negative and it was that the fire alarm went off at 5:30 AM with no communication as to what has happened so I was shaken up slightly as found myself trying to walk to the lobby in the dark alone.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The entire concept of the hotel seems to be based on marketing and selling things to guests rather than providing a genuine hospitality experience. In our room, they had placed multiple items like an octopus plush, a bag, and other products that we later discovered were for sale. This was especially concerning because we were traveling with children, and placing tempting items in a child-accessible space without clear labeling can easily lead to misunderstandings or accidents. To make things worse, we experienced two power outages during our very short stay — and we didn’t even spend the night. We checked out the same day we arrived. The private pool in the villa was also very dirty, which was quite disappointing given the premium price point. The only positive aspect was the staff — they were genuinely kind, polite, helpful, and very friendly. They deserve recognition for their professionalism. Our main issue, however, was that we booked this hotel by mistake. We explained the situation and kindly requested a refund. I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels around the world, and almost all of them have been understanding in similar situations — cancellations and refunds were never a problem. But this hotel refused to refund us under any circumstance. In fact, they wouldn’t even let us check out until my husband signed a form stating that we would not request a refund. That felt unnecessarily harsh and extremely money-focused. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel. It’s overpriced, the room was very basic, and I’ve stayed at several other hotels in Phuket that were far superior in quality, service, and overall experience. This one was unfortunately a letdown.

Lovely stay, great service and respectful staff! One suggestion would be to add more vegetarian (non egg) options. If you’re coming here, do ask the staff for the terms “vegan” or “non egg” to navigate your way.
