Once we step out from the car, our heart very blooming after saw the Sinae 💖 warm greetings from staff and immediately help us to carry our luggage and bring us to the Lobby. Arrived in the Lobby, they will give you the welcome drink and i think that’s coconut water in purple color but we really like the water 💖 the staff explained about the room we booked and share everything about sinae and we really appreciate about the place and cant wait to stay and explore 🥰 The room we booked very comfortable, very beautiful decorations, very good smells and the theme of the place and the room really connected with nature. All the amenities are complete 💖 received the honeymoon greetings really memorable to us 🥰 We really enjoy and happy stay at Sinae and we will comeback to experience again 💖 Thank you Sinae ❤️

Perfect place amazing service nice staff, i recommend to stay here at least 2 days , delicious food , im in love with this resort, The place is suitable for relaxation and tranquility, and you must pay attention to the time of arrival when there is a lot of rain in this city

We had the most amazing stay here, the hotel is beautiful and the staff are so kind and helpful. Such a good range of food as well as great facilities, we ended up spending most of our time just enjoying the hotel. I also have a nut allergy and they made me feel so relaxed and were so good with the food. Would definitely recommend!!

The room upgrade made our stay extra special and comfortable. The pool area was peaceful, perfect for lounging and unwinding. Staff were always friendly and quick to assist with any request. The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring local attractions. Overall, a memorable and relaxing experience—looking forward to our next visit!

All the staff is super friendly, the room and the entire hotel is suuuper nice, the breakfast is really good and they have a lot of different options. The Hilltop has an amazing view. My husband and I came for our honeymoon and they gave us a little welcoming desert to our room. Each room provides speakers so you can play music while your are in your own pool. They provide you kayaks, bicycles and paddle boards if you want to do some activities. One thing that they could add is to have a shuttle from the hotel to Phuket downtown since is super nice and convenient

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Sinae Phuket, and it was truly the most magical experience we could have asked for. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and always attentive to every detail. The lobby staff especially stood out, always greeting us with warm smiles and making us feel right at home. The amenities were incredible, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Our room with a private pool was beyond stunning—peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfect for honeymoon relaxation. We spent hours just enjoying the view and the privacy. Every corner of the resort feels serene and thoughtfully curated. Sinae Phuket created memories that we’ll treasure for a lifetime. It was the perfect setting for the beginning of our married life, and we are already dreaming of coming back for an anniversary. Highly recommended for couples, honeymooners, or anyone looking for a truly special escape in Phuket.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. We checked in to Sinae and were immediately treated with the most exceptional service and hospitality. The staff are so attentive and give you such a personal experience where we felt as if they knew us and our preferences within the first day. A special shout out to Chen, Natcha, Mint, Nam, Aon, Peet and Beer (I’m so sorry if I’ve left your name out, I tried my best to make notes of everyone we interacted with a lot) who made our experience beyond expectations. The room is so beautiful, the pool was bigger and better than expected and the buggy service is great for getting around the hotel. We celebrated our anniversary and were greeted with our favourite restaurant table especially decorated and reserved for us (our favourite table was reserved for us on evenings we said we were dining) and we were given an extra special dessert on the house, as well as on our final evening. I cannot recommend this resort enough to anybody travelling to Phuket. We stayed for 17 nights and still could have stayed longer. The only way to describe in one word is paradise. Thank you so much Sinae, we WILL be back!!!

It’s so relaxing and chill and far of the city noises , excellent room service, tasty food.Quick response . friendly staff. The room itself so clean and comfortable. The view is extremely gorgeous and stunning . I would recommend and I’ll come again next time .
