It was one of the most beautiful trips and the best resorts I have visited, the place is beautiful and the most beautiful thing is the staff, it is considered one of the most beautiful and best staffs in all the hotels in the world, I have visited all the hotels in the world and I did not find any disappointment from the staff, they are happy and welcome others and smile and their treatment is very beautiful, especially the manager was very nice, and Bich the receptionist, and from the transportation workers Sek, Kao, Abdel Halim, Hassan and Luqman they were very very wonderful , we like the Thailand because the staff Sinae … my name Shouq from Saudi Arabia

It was an amazing trip of five days and four nights. The hotel's service and enthusiasm are admirable. The special meals and theme SPA are highly recommended. The room is comfortable and has a unique view. Special thanks to Pat, Mint, Bell, Nan, Toon, for their attentive service and hospitality to every customer.

Stay was perfect , food was amazing . Customer Service was outstanding. Very accommodating. I have nothing negative to say about this place , one of the best hotels I've stayed in thus far . I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phuket .

The beach is across the road, and its a total dumpster, the staff is absolutely terrible, unfriendly, rude and simply terrible specially the manager. The pool villa is too cold, imposible to use, the hotel has no spaces to stay at, and moving around is simply imposible. For the price you can easily stay in a real 5 star hotel. When we tried to cancel the manager tried to force us to sign a document. Avoid this place for the prices there’s much better options don’t waste your money in this scam.

A unique experience, peaceful and serene with a calming view . Will definitely be back to this beautiful resort. All the staffs were very welcoming, friendly & helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Very nice hotel and cheerful staff, sai restaurant is more than amazing with very delicious food and amazing staff , Natcha , Peet , Nam , Tonic , they helped us a lot have a very good experience with the food choice and presentation, highly recommended to try thai food there

The room maintenance was the best. Most importantly, I missed my flight transit and I arrived one day late. I lost a day in Phuket and they made it up by providing me an upgrade. This was the best stay I had in ages and thank you very much Sinae team for the service. Would recommend without any doubt.

The pillows are the fluffiest ever. The room spacious. Everyone is very helpful and respectful. Overall very happy with my stay.

The food was terrible. The hotel says they have Indian cuisine, but not one option on the hilltop restaurant included vegetarian options. Traditional Indian cuisine is pure vegetarian. The breakfast buffet did not include any vegetarian dessert options, and out of the whole buffet, there were only two items that were vegetarian tucked away in a corner. Food items were not marked properly for Hindus, but had clear markings for Halal/Muslim. Very disappointed all around. Not suitable place for vegetarians.
