Layla Tulum - Adults Only

Pool towels super dirty and big deal over a towel that was missing. The deposit is ridiculous. Not what we expected not as advertised. The roof top and pool was ok. The bar tender didn’t seem to know how to make any Drinks. Not a good experience.

Amazing place with great staff. I can’t wait to come back again. I had a great time. Joshua and the receptionist were really nice to us! Thank you so much.

Great stay!

The hotel was beautiful and the customer service was awesome. Small boutique hotel in town that was walking distance to everything we wanted. The decor, rooms, and pool were all so unique and memorable. The staff was very accommodating and helped us get a reservation at a beach club that suited our needs. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that it wasn’t by the beach but the owner said he is in the process of building one there. We will definitely stay there once it is completed.

Property was clean and well kept. Staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood where you can easily walk to restaurants and entertainment. We stayed in the room with the floating bed suspended by rope. I found the space awkward. The bed took up the entire room space. It was no room for luggage, no night stand to place anything. This made for your room to get/look cluttered quickly. Also in the shower area there is no bench or area to place your shower gels or shampoos. You will need to place items on floor in shower or reach outside the shower to the sink counter for your items. Room is just poorly constructed and small details not considered. The elevator did not work after day one. We were located on the 3rd floor. Overall the hotel is still beautiful I just would not recommend the room suspended by ropes especially for two people.

If there are more small table to put some thing on, it was perfect.
