Layla Tulum - Adults Only

Layla is the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Tulum. Its staff is helpful, bight, and extremely friendly. It’s located at a central location close to amazing restaurants, music, and nightlife. Highly recommended!

Great location, very clean, and safe with top notch service. I have never been to Mexico before and the front desk team was super helpful. They helped us build a full itinerary. I cannot wait until the next visit!

My husband and I chose Layla Tulum for our 1st year marriage anniversary. We’ve done all inclusive a number of times, each time we vacation actually and wanted this trip to be more intimate. Layla Tulum exceeded our expectations! It’s such a small charming hotel, with breath taking decor. I let the staff know it was our anniversary prior to coming and we ended up on the 1st floor, beautiful room and they even set up rose petals for us! The food was amazing, the staff great, and couldn’t have chosen a better location as everything in the city was walking distance. They set up our transportation, and even worked with us on a small misunderstanding we had. I’d for sure go back here once a year! Oh let me add the rooftop pool was everything, so quiet and most times we went up we were the only ones there.

Tulum is a lovely little boutique hotel in downtown Tulum. The customer service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The air conditioning works like a charm, and it is so crisp in the rooms when you need a break from the heat.! Breakfast is very tasty, as are the burgers and the hand-crafted mojitos. The passion fruit was the best. Downside, the drive from Cancun airport is long. If I had to do it all over, I would do private transportation. You do need to leave the area for any excursions. There is not much to do in the general downtown area.

Bryan, Elna, Christobal were totally amazing. Could not have asked for better customer service & warmth. They went over & beyond. (I hope I'm not forgetting anyone!) Late night there was loud knocking from someone outside all the way until 2am. This was scary and the noise also kept us awake. Security should call police if they cannot put a stop to it right away themselves. It would be good to have a # to reach hotel security in a situation like this - Unsafe to step outside of our room & subject ourselves to the individual.

I highly recommend this small boutique hotel (13 rooms) in the central of Tulum (Pueblo) near amazing restaurants and bars, night life, murals and lots of colors! The hotel is unique and beautifully decorated, extremely clean and smells amazing ! The manager Elena and stuff are so nice and helpful, willing to answer ant question and suggest the best food, night life etc. The roof top pool is amazing and so beautiful to soak yourself and enjoy drinks at the pool bar. The rooms are super clean beautiful and moderately decorated with mini bar, cappuccino machine and safe . If you want to experience town you don’t need to look any further. !

This is the BEST and ONLY place you need to stay in Tulúm. The location waa great. The room and pools were lovely. The staff were lovely! Elena was Amazing!
