Layla Tulum - Adults Only

The hotel, the staff, the neighborhood all was very nice. We were happy with our stay at Layla Hotel. It is very unique and lots of beautiful details.

The boutique hotel is in a prime location! Being that’s its situated in the jungle, green setting we did find two cockroaches in our room ! The bathroom functions poorly small no counter space ! The double bed was small ! The hotel staff were great ,helpful with suggestions to eat ,shop and party ! I would go back despite those hiccups ! The fountain aka pool is small pictures are deceiving ! its in a central area but if you want action then the beach area might be more your speed ! Tulum isnt cheap , food is pretty good in the area , its kinda village aesthetic like being in chiang mai thailand ,you get the local chill vibe in this area

This is a beautiful hotel located near the main strip in Tulum. I stayed just for one night and had a pleasant experience. Room was large and luxurious. Lovely rooftop with pool. Gorgeous bathroom with huge shower. I don't like Tulum down much so this hotel is like an oasis. Some comments that they felt unsafe walking around in the neighbourhood, I don't agree with this at all.

My room had to be switched due to a mouse running down the hallway on the 2nd floor. Staff was friendly and hurried upvand moved me because I was scared and disgusted.

Our stay at Layla Tulum was wonderful. The staff was excellent and quickly attended to all our needs. They arranged all our transportation to and from Cancun Airport and called cabs for our in town travel, providing costs up front. They even gave us a free drink ticket for the beach club we visited. The rooms were unique and beautiful. Our air conditioner worked great, which isn't always true in Tulum. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We ate breakfast there every morning. The main street was only a few blocks away and we walked to other restaurants and shops and bars. I would highly recommend staying at Layla when in Tulum.

Perfect location! Walkable within the city! Beautiful aesthetics! Great rooftop pool! Great drinks! Awesome customer service! Very helpful staff
