Estes Park is a high cost area. Price was high, but a good value for the area!

Love this place! We had a balcony with a lake and Mountain View, just breathtaking, so beautiful. I could wake up here everyday. Just overall “home” feeling. Definitely staying here every visit we make!

The views and location

We paid for what was called a studio and it was supposed to be a lake view. We ended up in a small dingy one bed, on small bathroom and a kitchenette. The room and facilities were not very clean. The rustic vibe is fine but the bed and small couch should be trashed.

place is seriously overpriced. Rooms are updated, no hooks on the wall, mini bathroom with no place to put my personal items. Dirty coffee maker.

Good communication, easy check in and out, responsive and friendly staff.

Very noisy -- could clearly hear conversations of the people staying in the room below us, heard cars going past all the time (even with windows closed).
