Very complete facilities: shower, kitchen (including oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer). Bananas in kitchen free to use. Old but comfy mattress. Quiet street.

The kitchenware was old, some pans are so damaged they'd not be healthy to use. Weak wifi signal, unusable in the rooms furthest away. Cups in room were not washed.
