Bed had been slept in, with black hairs everywhere, black hairs on bathroom floor and half a toilet roll only to use. The ceiling looked to have damp.We had to leave and didn’t sleep there I and my partner both have asthma and I wouldn’t have been able to deal with that. It was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was also filthy and light flickering in bathroom was not working properly. It was also very loud with people noise. It smelt really bad and no refund from them. The staff were not very helpful as when I messaged them there was no response. And the next day came across rude and un helpful. The staff were warm and friendly. The room was great, it had everything you need for a good night's sleep. Also the checking in process is smooth, they email you a code to use at the main entrance and another code to get your key at your room door. Everything was smooth, stress free and the price too! Overall, I went to watch Man Utd play and it was the perfect stay for me. 0 complaints!

The dividing walls were wooden and sound travelled easily.

when you lie on the bed you could feel the springs pushing against your back. but other than that everything else are great.

First of all, the room — especially the bathroom — was dirty. The room had a kitchen, but as I understood, it hadn’t been used or cleaned for a long time. The hob didn’t work, and the oven wasn’t working either. All the doors and handles of the kitchen cupboards were greasy and dusty. The oven door was falling off, and the cupboard doors were also damaged. If the kitchen is no longer in use, the room should be renovated, as in its current condition it doesn’t look appealing. I reported the cleanliness issues immediately, but I didn’t receive any response that day. There was only one bin in the room, and none in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was very small. I was staying with a child, and to bathe him I had to leave the door open. The next day there was no heating at all. I asked the administration to do something about it, but I was told that the heating works automatically. They didn’t even offer to provide a heater. When I said I was not satisfied because my concerns were not being addressed, I was offered to move to another room. However, I refused because the window there was open, there was no heating that day, and I had already bought some food for my child that needed a fridge, which that room also didn’t have. Noise was another issue. The soundproofing is very poor. On the first day someone was staying above us, and every step was very loud. Luckily, the room above was empty for the rest of our stay. I would like to add that over the past three months I have rented six places in the UK, and this was the worst I have experienced. The staff seemed friendly, but the problems were not resolved. The worst issue of all was the lack of cleanliness, which should be the top priority for this kind of accommodation.
