Bankwell Guest House

Booked a room with private bathroom and it was perfect. I was a bit nervous at first about having to interact with a lot of people since it is a shared guest house but it was very calm and everyone did their own thing and respected each other's privacy and tranquility. The room was very nice with a mini fridge and a heater, as well as a TV. No curfew, which is very nice and I could come and go as I wished. The location was also nice, a very quiet and calm neighborhood, bus available nearby if needed, and you can even walk if you're the type to enjoy a nice stroll. I got to meet the owner on my last day and she was the sweetest, offered me some tea and biscuits, and was very smiley and generous. I will totally book this room again if I come back to this area.

Very clean and spacious property, and comfortable. Dorothy the cleaner very kind and hardworking and always keen to keep guest happy with anything they might need. Always making you feel very welcomed and offer to make you tea or coffee. Very nice lady. I had a great stay. Thankyou to all staff at bankwell

Very near to old Trafford, the rooms are spacious and cozy and clean

The bathrooms need renovation. Not really clean

The location was walkable from the city and very quiet in the night so you get good sleep. It is good for the price point.

The mattress were old and springy so were not really comfortable and they did have a kettle and cups but only one day of coffee sachets while we were staying for 4 days.

Vicino ai bus che collegano in pochi minuti al centro città. Zona tranquilla.

Il bagno e il letto erano pieni di capelli e peli. Ho chiesto all' host di mandare qualcuno a pulire, ma mi ha risposto che sarebbero venuti solo il giorno dopo e che, altrimenti, avrei potuto cancellare la prenotazione. Peccato che a quell'ora di sera non c'erano alternative. Non è quello per cui ho pagato.
