Got a code on my email for door entrance, code didnt work was stuck outside for an hour before this was sorted.

Cet établissement est une arnaque, rien n’est conforme à ce qui a été dit. Les photo n’ont rien avoir le réel, je suis tellement déçu. Une cuisine sans chauffe eau, ni plaque à cuisiner. Une chambre petite. À ce prix là . Ce n’est pas une suite mais une chambre d’hôtel. Des déchirure sur la fenêtre, des vieux meubles, du bruit dans l’appartement voisin qui faisait une fête,un chien qui aboie en plein milieu de la nuit. Juste une horreur. Je ne le recommande à personne cet appartement.

Nothing. It was close to the 4 train, so that was the only upside.

The location, the room, the dirtiness. The staff were only available by phone. They weren’t rude, just not helpful. There was nothing Luxurious about this place. It reminded me of a homeless shelter or some type of migrant housing. The room was filthy. I was able to go to Target to buy cleaning supplies. I cleaned it myself.

I never got a chance to to stay at the property. Getting to the property was a nightmare because the road was closed.

I didn’t like that the access code this property gave me did not work. It let me in the building but not the room.The hallway was covered in marijuana smoke and this was supposed to be a smoke free facility. I had my 2 small kids with me and waiting in the hallway for over 30 minutes.I was at the property calling every number on the website and every number on the confirmation email and got busy signals or no answer. Once I did get in touch with the property they told me to return and the code should work. At that time I was already at new hotel. I needed a full refund and they denied it. Booking sent a email saying the company said I never contacted them when I have emails And screenshots to prove it. I’m dissatisfied and disappointed in Booking.com and Global luxury suites at the Arches. It’s a scam and I still want a full refund.

It was very dirty and moldy everywhere, the water from the shower was leaking onto the floor, the area was extremely terrible and unsafe.

This is how Global Luxury Suites likes to treat their guests. I booked a the deluxe queen suite with a balcony. I was assigned to the full suite. There wasn’t a door to the shower, the bed had been written on in ink, the nightstands were dirty, warped with burn stains, holes in the wall, chipping paint, poor installation/sealing, and it was not clean when we arrived, there was pee in the toilet upon entering.
