Global Luxury Suites at The Arches

I rented 3 rooms. 1 room had no ac and was dirty and dingy. Another room smelled like weed as soon as we walked in and it smelled like that the whole time we were there. Fire alarm system in front lobby said that room had a disabled fire alarm, the hotel did not tell us. The last rooms toilet seat fell off almost immediately after arrival. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Nothing the staff over the phone was useless

I couldn’t even get into the building because they sent wrong codes and then when called then they gave numerous wrong codes. They are not worth booking with . After two hours of trying to get into property I had to go home because the online support was useless and had no in house staff to help they admitted it was there fault but still only refunded me 84 dollars of 313 I spent even tho they never gave me the correct codes to the building or room

it very clean and the cleaning staff is great. There are many restaurants in the area.

Smell of marjuana all over the place dirty and a lot of bugs broken bed dirty walls poor customer service unsafe area I need refund
