Łóżka były wygodne.

Oferta na zdjęciach znacznie odbiega od rzeczywistości. Po pierwsze - wszystkie kratki wentylacyjne były pokryte taką warstwą kurzu i brudu, że przy powiewie wiatru ten brud leciał na nas. Po drugie - w łazience nie było wieszaków na ręczniki, co znacznie utrudniało codzienne funkcjonowanie. Mokre ręczniki = wilgoć, duszność i ryzyko infekcji. Po trzecie - zestaw kosmetyków starczył raptem na jedno użycie - 3 osoby przez 5 nocy w jednym apartamencie. Zero refleksji ze strony obsługi. Po czwarte - w aneksie kuchennym nie było czajnika, aby zaparzyć wodę. Tylko ekspres do kawy przelewowej (+ dwie saszetki z kawą). Na 5 dni dla gości!!! Po piąte - ręczniki i pościel śmierdziały dymem papierosowym. Było to bardzo nieprzyjemne, a przy tak dalekiej podróży dodatkowe ręczniki w bagażu byłyby tylko niepotrzebnym obciążeniem. Po szóste - kran w aneksie kuchennym był zepsuty, ruszał się na wszystkie strony, co utrudniało codzienne funkcjonowanie. Po siódme - ściany są chyba z kartonu, było wszystko słychać z sąsiednich pokoi, z korytarza, wszystkie rozmowy, oglądanie telewizji itp. Po ósme - drzwi w korytarzu na piętrze zamykały się wyjątkowo głośno, za każdym razem, gdy ktoś je zatrzaskiwał aż trzęsły się ściany, również łóżko. Po dziewiąte - ciągłe hałasy, smród i imprezy w innych apartamentach utrudniały relaks i regenerację sił po całodziennym zwiedzaniu. Kompletnie nie jest to miejsce dla rodzin, wbrew ofercie na Bookingu. Pobyt tam to był koszmar!!! A cena za apartament absurdalnie wysoka, w stosunku do jakości. Zdjęcia nie oddają realnych warunków obiektu i przekłamują rzeczywistość. Z odpływu lub wentylatora wychodziły dziwne robaki, załączone na zdjęciu.

When it was very dirty, noisy, and a smell marijuana. no front desk no maintenance no responsibility. it is very bad area as well.

STAY AWAY!!. This place is terrible and not what they portray in the pictures. The room was broken down, black marks all over the walls and smelled like cigarettes. The window shade was also broken and furniture had stains. The white bed frame was so dirty at the bottom. I also didnt get the room size/layout I booked. Immediately after walking in, I called the property to ask them to move me to another room and they basically refused. They asked me to send pics of the room to their email - which I did, and their only response was “we will be sending an inspector in the morning”. After that they ghosted me so I had to escalate the issue to booking.com. I don’t know if they even sent an inspector like they said they would because I left the same night I checked in. I was not going to sleep in a cigarette smelling room - thats a health hazard. I even caught a headache from the smell during the 2 hrs I was at the room trying to resolve this with the property over the phone. I requested a refund and they have been unresponsive. So if booking.com is not able to get them to refund me, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card.

I want to be fair and say that I didn’t even make it to the room. Seeing the outside was enough for me I was met with a bunch of those spotted lantern flies and they were all over. The area was also not inviting at all about 6 feet away from the highway and just not inviting at all. The check-in process was even more horrific. I had to wait for an email from the property to come, I wasn’t aware that this property did not have a front desk. The only communication would be through a phone number that they didn’t answer to all the time I tried to cancel the reservation and couldn’t. I tried to change it for a different date and they weren’t accommodating at all after waiting for the email to come in, I now had to go onto their system and plug in all of my personal information, including a picture of my ID and credit card number. I refuse to do that this online registration was so shady. I just didn’t trust it at all that coupled with what I saw at the property was enough I would not advise anybody to stay here.

I stayed in communication constantly with a representative upon arriving at this apartment/hotel like building, entering into my assigned room 310 3rd floor, I noticed many problems with the room. For instances, I noticed blood dripplets running along the wall behind the side of the right arm couch. A dirty, used crumbled up paper towel in the closet. The toilet seat was broken. There were molded stains on the bed frame. Light minor unrecognizable stains on the couch. I took pictures of everything I came across as an issue, brought it to front desk attention and emailed them, they emailed me back but never responded resolving the matter at hand, I asked to be accommodated, never got a reply going forward. A couple I ran into had trouble entering in their room, there is a numeric key code they give guest on certain floors as they explained, thise key codes are used to get in the building and should work also to enter is your assigned room given. It worked for the couple to get in the building, but not there room. They were forced to book and look for a hotel. On top of it all, when I called the "24 hour" hotline there was no dial tone. Horrible, I wouldn't recommend.

I had a good time, I loved the fact that communication was easy and constant. The room was nice, just a little detail, the shower was too close to the wall, everything else was good
