Spacious and clean and a great location

Comfy Bed. Decent size bathroom. Location is ideal for getting into town.

I experienced several issues with this booking. Despite completing all required actions—paying the deposit, providing ID, and sharing contact details—I received multiple emails claiming I hadn't, which led me to call the company to resolve the confusion. Additionally, I didn’t receive check-in details until after several follow-ups and phone calls. Upon arrival at 3:55 PM, the cleaner was still in the apartment, which hadn’t been properly cleaned. I was also initially given incorrect entry and key lock codes, requiring yet another call to get access. The cleaner returned shortly after leaving to collect the dirty laundry that had been left behind. The apartment itself was disappointing. It doesn’t match the photos—it’s in need of painting and a general refresh. The TV is also very slow and difficult to use. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet expectations

The apartment was well equipped and clean. Bed linen and towels good quality.

The instructions though clear were not correct. The main gate fob was not in key box but we eventually figured out it was on the apartment key ring. There were no windows that you could open and you could not raise the blinds. This meant the apartment was very stuffy and dark. There were fans but they did not help. Despite it being a nice place I wouldn't stay here again because of this. Lack of any storage in second bedroom could have been solved with a clothes rail.

Great location 5-10 mins walk to town, close to train station. Secure parking. All facilities you could wish for, clean spacious apartment, quiet. Good communication and easy instruction to get in on arrival. Couldn’t fault it, highly recommended

Clean, comfortable, spacious.

Unfortunately there was a one off House Clubbing evening in the old prison next door on the Easter Sunday which meant we had a few very loud hours (good music though!).

Very well equipped has everything you could need. It feels like it should be small but really it’s so spacious.

I had to reverse to park and reversing isn’t my strong point but that’s a personal comment, there isn’t anything that can be done about that one.
