Good location and quiet and felt safe

The access to the property was awkward. Cars park along the approach road and make the access tight. Also you need to reverse into the parking spaces. Nevertheless a lovely quiet spot.

Not a lot to say at this point.

The flat was flooded out on the Sunday morning of our stay. It came from a previous leak that had not been correctly repaired previously to our stay. It took up to 15 phone calls, voice messages and and an email to try and get help from those who were meant to help. No one responded to the emergency of the situation.... It was over 3 hours plus before anyone came to our aid. The burst pipe was situated from the ceiling in the main room and caused the flat to been soaking wet with insects falling from the one of three leaking holes.... Although I have since spoken to verious staff over the phone... No one has called me to either fix the issue or to return my money or the deposit I paid. I shall therefore be seeking advise from booking.com them self's and putting all the videos I filmed of the incident on Facebook and other social media.

Kitchen

The appartment parking was extreemly tight and had to reverse a long way up s single slip road. The apartment was dirty the bedding stained and unhygienic there were no bedding covers for spare bed. Sofa bed extremely hard and uncomfortable. Living room felt cold and clinical no comforts. We telephone host left message but no return call, so had to call again , we informed them of bedding situation which they were unable to help as cleaners had finished for the day and said that if it wasnt satisfactory we could leave and receive a refund. As it was late in the evening with a child, and a long away from home, this wasn't an option. We complained on return from our trip and offered a pitiful £30 compensation! Dreadful experience and would never return or use this host again !
