Location was brilliant and the apartment was great. Bevolve dealt very well with me leaving my bag in the apartment at the end of my stay

The instructions for picking up the keys were slightly incorrect. There was a plumbing problem for which there was a breakdown in communication but it was dealt with quickly once they understood what the problem was

Excellent location, secure parking is a big plus. All communication was clear and accurate. The property was clean and well enough equipped.

Some extra sofa seating would have been a bonus as there were 4 of us.

Helpful neighbours, two bathrooms, a lot of space in the living room.

No option to open windows. Chairs by the table very unstable, so not used. Charged for leaving keys in wrong place even if they were easily accessible.

Great location within easy walking distance to the castle and the top of town. Off street parking was excellent, as a must in this part of town

Not a criticism, but be aware the second bathroom has a shower over the bath, which isn't for the tall person, so if 2plus adults, you may want to consider sharing the master shower. Also, there is only one couch in the living area.

Spotless clean and great location; interesting period property with modern finish yet keeping some of the old bits.

The ventilation!! Just one tiny window in one of the bedrooms.. it wasn’t so bad but felt little trapped especially on a day which was really muggy! The fans helped to get through the night though.
