The internal finishings are modern and comfortable. It is spacious and amenities are within 5-10 minutes walk.

The location is unique with street side parking and narrow vehicle passage way at the front gate. Furthermore, the gate signage shows that it is a school that causes confusion whether it is the right property. The instructions to get the keys from the key locks (both left and right sides have key locks) and assigned parking (one would not expect to reverse all the way to the slip road to park) can be improved. It is difficult to write only in words. A layout plan with instructions/ explanations would be better

Exceptional Location perfect Parking

The location is very convenient, being only a few minutes walk from the centre of Shrewsbury. and with good parking allocated to the apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. There were a few minor points, but the company has responded very quickly to being contacted, in a very positive way, which will further enhance the stay of future clients and hence my still awarding top scores as above.

As mentioned above the few minor issues raised with the company have received a very positive, quick, response and none were of major import. We still had a very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic facilities, good location, just a 10 minute walk into town and close to the train station.

Toilet was broken, we got the wrong key code for accessing the apartment!!!!

I thought it would be smaller than shown on the photos but is not it’s lovely and spacious. Everything you could need was provided and it was very very clean. Spot on.

I liked everything but if I had to pick one thing I’d say an extra comfy chair or sofa in the living area would be a bonus. There’s plenty of room for one.

Apartment is in a great location only minutes walk from the town. Bigger than I thought inside, very spacious. Nice shower. Great sized kitchen with all that we needed. Comfy couch.

Apartment was hard to find, but eventually discovered with thanks to girl on the phone. Parking is free which is great but tight. You have to reverse into the space. Also booking is not just straight forward after booking in, eith booking.com we then had to give id contact details and a deposit to management company.
