Lovely large apartment. Everything that you need.

Had to have cold showers for two mornings as no hot water. Eventually was sorted after numerous messages. Was hard to contact anyone by phone.

The location was excellent for walking into town & apaprtment very comfortable overall with good wifi.

The street was very narrow & always many parked cars - so not easy to access the gate when arrived in the pouring rain. This cannot be resolved - just an observation

Clean

The flat was clean and nicely presented but we ran into several issues that affected our experience. We were told there was free parking, yet despite asking 3 times, we never received the details and had to pay for overnight parking elsewhere. Check-in wasn’t until 4pm, which felt very late, especially with a 10am check-out. We paid £10 for a 3pm check-in and that night paid extra to check out at 11am, yet still had the cleaner knocking just after 10am and a call saying we hadn’t paid despite the payment being confirmed afterwards. It disrupted our morning and we ended up leaving early. The TV also had issues, with buttons not working and the WiFi connection failing, leaving us with only a few channels.

The place was very clean.

The shower was backed up and wouldn't drain properly. If I hadn't noticed, it would have flooded the bathroom. Due to the lack of drainage, the shower bottom was very slippery with residue and my mum nearly slipped. We couldn't use the shower properly. It was also hanging off the wall? We had called customer support twice about the shower, but nothing was done. I wouldn't recommend staying here based on this experience.

We loved the fact there was foil, cling film etc and plenty of utensils, and the gusto coffee machine. Little hanging thing for clothes would be useful (in 2nd bedroom.

Little thing but a small mirror in downstairs loo would help, also on the directions stating that it was the old school would have made it easier to find, as we walked past it.
