Beautiful building, swimming pool, amazing breakfast

Some staff have no clue what they are doing. Half are great, half are clueless

Overall, my stay was fantastic! Everything about the hotel was lovely - even the food. One late afternoon I got myself turned around - ended up at a bar attached to the hotel - I didn’t know it was - hats off to Basilio for walking me through the hallways to get to the main hotel. I appreciated that.

The majority of the staff were wonderful - however, the servers in the morning and one day at lunch // dinner ( other times I ordered room service ) the staff was slow. They walked around in a daze - from the time I sat down - get my order - food - bill , the lapse was too long. As well, often I had 4 different people help me ? It was quite frustrating to wait so long.

El desayuno espectacular, la ubicación muy bien, cerca de todo. En general la habitación cómoda e impecable.

No me gusto el cobro del parking.

Loved the location and the quaintness along with the quality of food at the restaurants.

Just a service was a bit slow for us but that may be because we are used to fast paced lifestyle in the US.
