Casa Astral Hotel Boutique and Apartments

We were pleased with our stay at Casa Astral. A lovely hotel. The staff was welcoming, very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a deluxe room which was clean and comfortable with a small balcony. Enjoyed excellent breakfasts at the hotel every morning. The location a short walk from town and Playa Punta Cocos and there was a wonderful restaurant,Cafe Del Mar (ceviche and octopus were outstanding) on the beach right in front. We would love to go back.

Fue muy cordial la bienvenida y muy familiar el trato, nos sentimos muy cómodos con todos los servicios aunque quisiera dar una recomendación: el el roof sería genial que el bar tender tuviera una licuadora frapera para hacer las bebidas frozen, de lo demás hemos estado encantados y muy satisfechos con todo, hago una mención especial para la recepcionista Deisy quien nos dió unas recomendaciones que valieron mucho la pena y una última cosa, recomendamos ampliamente el club de playa "carolinda".

Relaxing, quiet.

Great hotel, with a very friendly staff. Only recommendation is that they should heat the rooftop pool, as it was quite cold. Also should have blow dryers in the room. We asked, but it was never brought over to us. Other than that, a great experience all around!

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested. The room was nothing like the photos online. To make things worse, the noise level was unbearable. Whether it was loud guests in the hallways or outside traffic, there was no way to get a peaceful night’s rest. The breakfast was another disappointment—stale food, limited options.For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available at the same price, and I regret booking my stay here.
