There were bugs in the room 102 which was not resolved by staff.

Location

Room was dirty, no hot water. No toiletries or phone in the room. Disappointing for their highest level room “Villa” and the premium price!!! Front staff was not helpful their only response was will send someone but that someone never came!!!

THe comfort was good. Bed was good.

Seems to be careless management and service. When I checked in afternoon, I kept luggage and immediately moved out for site seeing. While going out, I told them to keep water bottles, towels, extra blanket due to cold. But when i came back in the midnight, nothing was arranged inside the room. When I went inside the toilet, hot water geyser was not working. I immediately called back to put back geyser in to service since we all wanted to fresh before going to bed. The person didn't came despite we made several calls on reception. Finally, i went in the midenight to reception to call technician who came almost after 90 minutes to repair the geyser. The extra blanket sent was observed with multiple large stains and looks shabby.

There is nothing to like about this property, only the online pictures look nice

Everything about this property is to dislike, poorly managed, no room service, no amenities, food quality and hygiene is worst. Their team will chase you to make advance payment so that you don't runaway after looking at their rooms. We asked for basic services and after 1 hour I have to personally go down and collect the required stuff. Please don't ever stay at this hotel - not worth the money and experience. Washrooms are filthy and bad - room amenities are non working the kettle in our room was leaking and it took 1 hour of wait + multiple follow up to get the water cleaned. Please don't stay at this property (I will not even call this a property)

Gross exploitation of tourist locations. Highly overpriced and unhygienic rooms. Right from breakfast and hospitality this property has set a new low.
