The property was good n spacious.

So far so good. The communication with customer can improve to avoid any miscommunication

Nothing much, honestly, I would never go there again.

Staff service, room wasn't cleaned, bathroom drian wasn't working toilet seat was not fixed properly. There was no room to dry your wet cloths, and the price was off the roof, and no real service

Not clean. bad lighting. wash rooms are not hygienic.

Nothing was likeable about the place

The cleanliness which didn't exist there for even the toilet seat was dirty and had stains. Rooms smelled like shit. Changed 5 rooms paid extra for the villa room still left after 30mins cuz this place was practically unlivable. Staff and manager were too rude and denied any refund in a very threatening tone. The refund process which was to be completed in 2 days took 7 days and repeated calls 2-3 times a day.

Staff was co-operative

There were no towels, when asked we were given wet towels. Room and bed were dirty. Bathroom had lots of bugs so, we had to move to another room. Paid higher price for better room but ended up in standard room.
