The property's architecture is really good, aesthetically pleasing. Rooms are spacious. Staff was good.

Lights of the room and washroom were not working and nobody bothered to even change them. The oil used in food at the restaurant was awful. Pool was dirty. The bathrooms had water clogging issues, the slope of the shower area was inadequate.

**Strongly Requesting a Refund for a Terrible Stay at Bapu’s Resort, Dwarka** I am absolutely appalled by the experience I had at Bapu’s Resort in Dwarka, and I am demanding a full refund for my stay. The level of service and quality provided was nowhere near the price I paid, and I feel completely misled. 1. **Substandard Accommodation**: The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. It had none of the amenities or quality promised by the resort. The AC was broken, and the bathroom was unhygienic. I expect a refund simply for not receiving the basic standard of cleanliness and comfort. 2. **Terrible Service**: The staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. They seemed uninterested in addressing our issues, and our requests were either ignored or met with indifference. For the price we paid, I expected at least decent customer service, but instead, we were made to feel unwelcome. 3. **Misleading Marketing**: The resort's website and promotional materials are misleading. The images portrayed a much nicer, well-kept property than the reality. This resort is clearly not living up to the standards it advertises, and I feel like I’ve been scammed. 4. **Unacceptable Food Quality**: The food was tasteless and overpriced. We had to eat out because we couldn’t trust the quality of food offered at the resort, which is an additional inconvenience when you’ve already paid a premium rate for a supposed “full experience.” Given these numerous issues, I strongly demand a refund for my stay. I did not receive the quality or value I was promised or expected, and I believe I am entitled to be compensated for this poor experience. I will be pursuing this further if necessary to ensure I am refunded appropriately. This stay was an absolute rip-off, and no one should have to experience what I did at Bapu’s Resort.
