Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa Songkhla

非常に不快な臭いがした。 エレベーターを降りてから部屋に行くまでの廊下にも嫌な臭いがあり、それは部屋に入っても続いていた。 窓を開けて換気し続けないと耐えられないくらいひどい悪臭だったにも関わらず、案内したスタッフから部屋交換の提案もなかった。 バスルームも配管から上がってきたと思われる下水臭が漂っていて、苦痛だった。 この値段を支払って、こんな臭いのホテルの滞在はあり得ないと思った。

The place itself, the views, the facilities, the food, the staff were all amazing! We've been to different hotels and restaurants, and I could say that the breakfast we had there was the best breakfast we've had so far!

This is our second time staying here, and we’re just as impressed as before. There’s plenty of parking, the staff are lovely and provide excellent service. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. We've stayed at several hotels in Songkhla, and this one is the best.

Very clean and tidy, very spacious, good hospitality!

Location a bit far from hatyai town, difficulty to get a grab easily.. We book for a king-size bed, but they provide 2 super single bed joint as one bed, Not comfortable for sleeping in the middle of the bed!
