"Super Good Hotel to stay in Songkla"

My first impression is the front desk staffs who are very friendly. They offered to change the room that fit with 3 people. The hotel location is convenient to go to the Songkla Old Town and Koh Yor. The breakfast is super good. My friends and I had lunch on the arrival day and 2 dinner on the following days, the meal are very delicious.

As members of the 20-strong Anglo-Thai Society Regional Tour, my wife and myself have just completed a most enjoyable overnight stay at the Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa Songkhla. It certainly is a Grand Property and a busy one too - we were just one of a number of Tour Groups staying at the property. Something very noticeable at Breakfast (served Buffet style - with something for everyone) where the large number of tables (inside & outside) quickly filled up. The rooms are very spacious and have all the necessary amenities. We certainly had a good night’s sleep - much needed after another long day! Some of our Group also made good use of the swimming pool which is at the rear of the property which backs onto an attractive river - guarded by a rather large crocodile!!

The facility and room are new and clean. Surrounding environment is good.

The shower water temperature is super unstable! Either way too hot or too chill. The safety box and water kettle is not working well. Plus the electricity is a bit unstable as well.
