The Culture Samui

Location is excellent. But management is really poor. Especially the reception team, my wife was pregnant and I asked several questions which they denied straight up. I've traveled a lot in Thailand over the past 3 years with my wife, but have never seen such rude and inflexible management. The only thing running them is the location and the cleanliness. Breakfast options were average and similar every day. Maintainence is really well. It's location is excellent, 7-10mins away from fishermans market and 15mins from chaweng. The property should really do well, but the staff should change. Be more hospitable. It's very basic.

ホテルの方皆さん優しかったです。 道挟んで向かいにセブンイレブンや飲食出来るお店もあり、不自由しなかったです。コインランドリーも目の前にありましたが、自分で洗濯するタイプではなくクリーニングに近い感じでした。 自転車のレンタルもありましたが、道が整備されていないのでなかなか乗るのは難しそうでした。海ではsupが無料で借りられました。 一階の部屋だったせいか、室内に蟻が入って来てしまい、従業員の方が蟻よけの粉を撒いてくれました。erbのクリームが置いてあり、良い香りに癒されました。 朝食がとっても美味しかったです！！！

Excellent hotel. The room was big and convenient to stay, we booked a room just by the pool with easy access to the pool and beach. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The hotel’s service team was kind and nice. Location is quite good, about ~7 minutes drive to fisherman’s village and a walking distance from the big Buddha, restaurants and a local market.

Great hotel. Modern interior, very clean and excellent facilities. Staff could not be more helpful. Close to the airport and Fisherman’s Village if you want to be nearby but not right in the action. Only downside is it is on a busy road with not great paths so could be difficult with small children.

Bell’hotel ma molto tranquillo, ristorante non eccellente ma personale super gentile e bellissima piscina. Camera molto bella ma un po’ umida. Bellissimo il verde e la possibilità di utilizzare sup. Mare davanti hotel non memorabile ma forse perché brutto tempo. Vicino ad areoporto quindi comodo.

Great room and view. Excellent staff, especially Tee. Very good food with other local eating options available. There is enough to do in the local area without it being over crowded. It’s right by the speedboat piers to koh phangan and you get a close view of the planes landing at the airport which didn’t disturb us in the room.

A beautiful hotel with a nice location and excellent staff. Besides, the Food at the hotel is great too. Highly recommend if in Ko Samui.

I had a great stay at the culture, we had stayed at a budget hotel for a few days and treated ourselves to a pool villa for this stay and it was the best. We barely left our villa. It could do with a clothes horse however was quite hard to try dry off swimmers etc. We didn’t use the main pool but looked like the lounges filled up fast but a lot of bean bags on the front lawn the resort had a Nice beach front area with big palm trees. The buffet at the culture is amazing I wish I had the pleasure to have that daily at home. The staff were all helpful and friendly. 7/11 and a nice cheap Thai restaurant across the road and pharmacy etc up the road. I would stay here again

I stayed for 10 days and when it was time to leave I felt I was leaving my family. The hotel staff where so sweet and warm! They where so nice and playfully with my 1 year old son. I met a girl her name is Doany ans she was so kind it really felt I left my sister. I miss her already and can't wait to see her again and ofcourse the other saff!! Overall the hotel was very nice! We where on the ground floor and had our own little garden with the amazing fairytale view of the ocean and the pool!

Very nice Hotel. Not to big, but perfect to stay. Big pool not crowdy. Great breakfast with high quality and great personnel!
