The place was nice and neat.

I did not like the parking situation. It was taxing, especially when you gave luggage on hand.

The place was close to my conference and I used a gym facility.

The breakfast was not according to the standard. I had to order breakfast from outside for the days that I was staying there because it was not what was advertised. Everyday there was a smell of dagga, I don't know how people are allowed to smoke in rooms. That was an awful experience. In the picture there was a carpet in the room but soon my stay carpet was not there. In conclusion, pictures posted look like they are ones when the hotel was still new and in good condition. The reality is that it's not the same anymore.

I really apreciate the location in the centre. It was easy to go every where. Thé staff is professionnal and ready to help.

The TV in the room did not work most of the time, as it always had network/internet problems.

It was good value for money. The room was clean. Safe parking area. And the staff was really friendly.

The location isn’t great (surroundings don’t feel safe). Isolation should be better as there was really a lot of wind and it kept us up all night.

I like everything about hotel especially the guys working in the reception team Arthur wow they take café of u help u with everything', that guy's in front desk I give them 200/100 all the way from Durban and I will visit the hotel again because of them, I& I tell other people about this hotel Thank u

only noise in my side of view, from people in the groove down the streer, next time will like to book the other side of view with no noise

I liked their morning breakfast service. You get the opportunity to eat assorted breakfast to start off the day.

Rooftop breakfast is not accessable for people living with disabled wanted to have the experience but the stairs. Lucky one of the staff members did assist by bring my breakfast to my room. Staff is friendly.

The gym didn't have most of the equipment seen in the picture The room had a stove but no pots The room was too basic I was not allowed even just 30min to check out even when i was told i could check out at 11:30 with no charge I had no help with my luggage until i asked even when they sent two people to remind me to check out
