Everything was absolutely wonderful! The staff were extremely kind, always smiling and always ready to help. A special thank you to the lovely housekeeping ladies, who even washed our dishes — thank you again for that! The bed was very comfortable and the whole stay was really pleasant. What impressed me the most was the incredible attention to detail — for example, the way our 20 pairs of shoes were carefully arranged. In Europe, this level of care is something really special! If I may suggest one small improvement, it would be to offer a few more vegetarian options for breakfast. Apart from cereal and yoghurt, there was not much for me — for example sliced cheese for sandwiches, tomatoes, cucumbers or a simple vegetarian salad would be great. But overall, we were very happy with our stay. If we ever come back to Cape Town, you will definitely be our first choice. Everything was great — keep up the good work!

The breakfast options for vegetarians were a little limited, but it was still possible to find something to eat and start the day well.

La soupe au petit déjeuner

Le coffre fort est juste posé sans fixation et en position verticale, du coup on peut facilement se faire écraser la main avec le poids de la porte. Il y a aussi 2 fauteuils confortables mais qui prennent beaucoup de place et gênent les mouvements dans la chambre

الطعام كان لذيذا جدا الموقع كان ممتاز كل ما أحتاجه من مصبغة ومطاعم والصرافة وجدته قريبا.

المصعد الثاني لم يكن يعمل. يحتاج للصيانة.
