1) Only The assistance from Phillip or Fillip (Apologies for my Spelling) when he assisted me in finding the "Free parking Space". 2) View from the Room on the 8th Floor.

1) The parking space was unreachable from the location they sent. I drove around the block multiple times for about 45 minutes. It was also not possible to follow because of the “late arrival” message, which I only received after I called while stuck in peak traffic in front of Blackbrick. In the end I had to find different paid parking and walk a few blocks to Reception so they could explain where it was. Eventually Mr. Fillip walked back with me to my car and drove with me to show me the location. They really need to update their location pin and also change the WhatsApp message which says “Nando’s and trees will be the sign to turn.” The trees completely cover the Nando’s sign. After Mr. Fillip showed me where it was, I noticed there is actually a very big Hungry Lion sign, which would be much easier for tourists or even locals who do not know the area well. 2) The chairs inside the room are unstable and wonky. 3) The mattress is completely slept through and needs to be replaced. People with bad backs would not have a good night there. 4) I do not understand why breakfast only starts at 7:10am, considering both locals and tourists travelling for business or leisure often need to leave early. The bigger disappointment was when I requested the day before, from the lady at Reception wearing a face mask, if I could please have an early takeaway breakfast because I needed to leave by 06:30. She threw her hands in the air and said, “I can’t promise anything.” I explained that if breakfast starts at 07:00, surely the chefs should already be busy by 06:30, and all I was asking for was something simple — a little scrambled egg, a few rashers of bacon, two sausages and toast. She wrote it down and even asked if I wanted fruit as well. I replied, “No thanks, I don’t want to ask too much or make things complicated for the chef.” She then told me she would advise the chef in the morning.

The shower.. only good thing about the stay.

Guess my expectations were high considering the other reviews, but compared to our stays in neighbour hotels, this falls way below the quality of the others. Very disappointed..!!!

The room was large and the kitchenette was good

Fire alarm system needs work. It went off and I had to call downstairs only to be told to ignore it
