Great location Friendly staff Breakfast was amazing and the soul of the day. The chef did a good job.

The mattress had a stain on my 608. Myself and my partner couldn't figure out where this odor came from, until the next morning check I lifted all the sheets up to discover the stain on the mattress, the bedding and pillow were all clean, but that smell was definitely a turn off on the mattress itself.

The staff, from the receptionists to the kitchen staff as well as housekeeping are all so friendly & welcoming. Their breakfast menu really caters for many. The rooms are exactly as seen in their photos. I also enjoyed the view from my room.

Upon booking, I was asked to check-in online, which I did but upon arrival their systems hadn't alerted them. I almost had to refill the form again but the guy at reception quickly sorted it out after I explained that I had checked in online.
