清潔　部屋も、アメニティも 冷蔵庫大きい 2リットルお水ペットボトルが置かれていた

ベッドの下に、前の人のペットボトルが落ちていた。 連泊者のために、お風呂の湯船掃除ができるものがあればよかった。

Really smart apartment. The checking in was easy and a free coach to the apartment. We loved the location, lots to see locally and not too busy.

モダンな作りで広々としており、家具やベッドなどとても綺麗で、家族で楽しく過ごすことができました。 このタイプの宿泊施設だとネットテレビしか使えないことが多いのですが、地上波を見ることができ助かりました。 また、ジェルボールタイプの洗濯洗剤が備え付けてあったり、浴室乾燥機が強力で夜に洗濯したら翌朝には乾いていて洗濯物が溜まることはありませんでした。 何より、海外の方もたくさん泊まっていましたがみな静かでよく寝ることができました。 近くにフレスコという普通の値段のスーパーがあったり、コンビニも近くにあったりと食料調達に便利な場所で、交通的にも、地下鉄の駅もバス停も近くにあり、金閣寺、銀閣寺、清水寺、太秦映画村などにもスムーズに行けるなど、立地的にも良いと思いました。 京都に来る時はここに泊まろうねというのが家族の一致した見解でした。

大変満足しましたが、あえて挙げるなら3点あります。 1.レースのカーテンがあると嬉しいです。遮光カーテンはありますが、目の前が民家でお互いが見えてしまうため、明るさの取り込みのためにレースのカーテンがあると良いと思いました。 2.キッチンにタオル掛けがあると嬉しいです。皿洗いや料理の時にタオルを置く場所が近くになく、洗面所に移動して拭いていました。洗面所に行けば良いのですが、あればなおよかったなと思いました。 3.トランクルームに、あるはずのワイヤーがなかったです。チェックイン時間前に到着した時には一階のトランクルームに荷物を置くことができることは良いのですが、あるとマニュアルに書いてあったロックのためのワイヤーがなく、宿泊者であれば誰でも入れるため紛失リスクがあるなと思い預けるのをやめました。たまたま部屋の掃除が終わっていたため部屋の中に入って荷物を置いて出かけましたが、終わっていなければ待つしかなかったので、ワイヤーの設置をお願いします。

Clean, well located.

Check-in at a central location was incredibly busy and disorganised. If you check in early you wait to check in, then wait again to collect your bags and get instructions for the shuttle bus- we gave up and ordered an uber. Also, if you’re tall, there’s only about a 6’3” clearance in the kitchen.

The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and dining options, making it simple to explore the city. Despite being close to amenities, the area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after a full day of sightseeing. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We really appreciated the small details that made our stay comfortable, such as good amenities and a cozy atmosphere.

Check-in is not at the same location as the accommodation. You need to go to a separate check-in point first, and then a bus brings you to your designated building. While this was organized, it was a bit inconvenient after a long day of travel. There is also no on-site staff in the building itself; however, the team was very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp whenever we needed assistance. Additionally, there was no iron available in the room, which would have been useful.
