The key pickup instructions were unclear. It was not apparent that the key pickup location was different from the apartment location. We initially went to the apartment, only to be told that we needed to travel back 2 km to the station to collect the keys. This caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.

The size of the apartment was good for three of us and the location was great. It was very clean and fitted with all needed toiletries. The reception and check in is not at the apartment but is conveniently located in the main kyoto stationary the provide a shuttle to thd apartment and luggage storage.

There is no shuttle back to the station at thd end of thd stay so we had to walk back with the suitcases.

It’s spacious enough well equipped very good location in my opinion very clean and well maintained
