De sleutel moet opgehaald worden vlakbij het station wat wel erg druk is met valiezen/rugzak maar wel handig want nadien brachten ze ons met shuttle naar onze bestemming. Het appartement was zeer mooi en perfect gelegen in leuke wijk van Kyoto!

Хорошее расположение. Но рядом стройка и в понедельник утром строители бодро начали долбить что-то за стеной. Так же очень странные подушки, они наполнены какими-то пластмассовыми шариками как горох. Спать было невозможно

受付の女性とサポートの男性は、とても丁寧な説明をしていただけました。利用者の負担が少なくなるアドバイスもいただけて、とてもスムーズにチェックイン・鍵の受け取りなどができました。

特にありません。レセプションのロケーションも京都駅に近く、地下鉄入口にも近く、便利でした。
