The accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was safe and easy to access. Once you had access to a key, the check out process was very easy.

The check in process was very labour intensive, time consuming and confusing. You have to complete the check in process next to Kyoto Train Station and then go to the accommodation. It was not clear to us that the check in office was a significant distance from the accommodation, so we arrived and couldn't access our room which was very frustrating. The check in process was also very time consuming since you need to fill out lots of details for each person on your own phone, whereas for other accommodation this process is completed in less than 2 minutes. It took me around 15 minutes.

泊まった部屋のお風呂からどうしても下水の匂いが強くしてしまい、シャワーを浴びて石鹸を使っている間はマシになるので短時間で済ませました。

Very clean, well organized room. Washer and dryer a real plus as was the small but efficient kitchen. The room was a great value. Good location with restaurants and transport nearby.

Having to find the fifth floor reservation office near Kyoto station in order to check in. There are no staff at the hotel itself. Despite that, it was a good place to stay in Kyoto. But this system is not for everyone.
