Bad location near nothing nothing to do period when u don't have vehicle and all ur friends live down south

This day was very trying. My bathroom sink was clogged when I first got there and checked in the lady was really rude and also the key machine didn’t work the program keys so I literally had to go to the front desk and ask them to come let me into my room. I went out to smoke a cigarette at like 1:30 AM. I came back in and she acted like it was the most rudest thing for me to do was to wake her up to be let into my room not only that I had to wait almost 45 minutes For me to get in touch with her to let her know that I needed it in my room, I found that very, very disturbing. I found that very very unprofessional the way she acted and most of all I feel that I needed to leave my room unlocked so I can get back in when I went out to smoke cigarettes. The problem with that is is I had to put everything away and hide stuff because I was afraid of somebody going into my room and stealing my laptop or stealing my clothes. Somebody thinking they were gonna get money from me the experience I had at this place and with booking.com I’m not sure if I’m gonna use these guys anymore booking.com was very unprofessional. It did not seem like they were receptive to anything I was saying And it feels like me asking for her a comp for the night because of all the shit that went wrong there they made it feel like I was the one creating the problem. The customer service needs to be better at the hotel is a joke oh and all and if I were you guys if you want to secure place, you might wanna go somewhere else.

The hostess at night is great and she needs a raise..key cards not working 2 nights in a row and that poor woman by herself had to let everyone in and out all night 2 nights in a row . No help she's great 👍

No one there to check me in. A guest let me in and I picked up the managers card( Kathy ) left her a message and no response. I called th next day and spoke to front desk. They talked to Kathy and stated I would get a credit for not being able to check in. I found another hotel in my own that night. I still have received my credit because the manager will not return your customer service teams requests .
