The location was convenient

There were toenail clippings on the floor. Food crumbs and pieces under the desk, Cobwebs on the ceiling, broken windows shades, filthy toilet, dust over the entire room, hair and dust under the beds, the bathroom mirror was covered in water and toothpaste stains, there were no Kleenexs in the room, water stains and not clean tub and fixtures, many spots of a white substance on the walls, cook top surface unclean. The hallways and elevator had not been swept or vacuumed and were grungy and dirty. It is as if the room was not cleaned in-between guests. It all made me uncomfortable and sick to my stomach. I stayed because I had no other option. There was also an issue checking in having already paid thru booking.com and they wanted to charge my card again for the room.

The microwave had to be unlocked to use, no coffee pot in room, no coffee anywhere on premisis even rhough description said coffee/tea 24/7 in common areas, felt like a drug rehab center not a nice hotel and certainly didn't deserve the 8.8 rating you have.

Staff was rude

Cigarette smoke absolutely overran this place. Our non-smoking room when we walked in smelt like wet smoke and even after a full can of febreeze the smell would not go away .

Definitely a one time visit. Dog barked all night in the room next door and nobody in reception to discuss. Poor quality bed and real Motel 6 level bathroom. Felt like the property needed a good scrubbing.

The room was not cleaned properly there was a beer top on the floor and wet spots on the floor and the room and sheets smelled horrible. It was very easy to check in

It’s nice, newish but the streets are horrible.

The location

We used this place for a three some and I was sure we were going to break that damn cot they called a bed. I guess good for them but we won't be back.

No water fountain, no coffee.

Horribly hard beds but it wouldn’t have mattered because I was sleeping with all the noise above me. Tried to call to complain no one would answer the phone had to get dressed T 10:30 at night to go to front desk to ask if she could please have them quiet down. She said she would call. I don’t m is if she did but it did not help the noise. Got up at 11:30 and left having to drive all the way home extremely tired.
