the beds were not comfortable, and the air was not working very well. no remote for the TV

It was close to my location.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the staff was less than helpful and everywhere inside smelled like pot. When I asked for a copy of the rules I had to initial and sign they refused to give me a copy of mine but gave me a blank copy. You had to take out your own trash or be charged an extra 25 dollars.

Got charged $108.50 from hotel for no reason even though had paid thru Expedia before.

Inside, the whole facility was dirty. not cleaned once in our 4 day stay. The room smelled terrible, like if they had mopped with dirty water, I had to go buy a mop and supplies to clean it myself. I was not able to remove the stench, like if it was already penetrated into the room.

First of all, the customer service! Horrible non formal greeting or conversation established with receptionist. She seemed not to know what she was doing. Giving other customers attitude. The manager was also rude to customer who complaint about his room being dirty before his stay. No kindly welcoming customer service at all. If they don’t enjoy their job, why work there?

Entrance doors, elevator , hallways-dirty!!! room floor was not swept or mopped, room smelled bad, the bed was squeaky. Not enough towels in the bathroom. Horrible horrible experience. Never staying there again. I will stick to the one in Greeley that has Better management and spotless clean experience.

The facility was fine. The mattress was not as comfortable as I expected.

When I checked in, they machine to make room keys was down. I was walked to my room but never brought a key. I had to go to my car to grab my phone charger and ended up getting locked out because the girl working the front desk would not answer the phone. All night. I called another location and was told "she must have fell asleep." Okay? What am I supposed to do about that! So I slept in my car. Still had to drive to work the next morning 45 minutes away on NO sleep because it was a terrible night. I was told I was getting a refund and they STILL had the audacity to charge my card!! DO NOT STAY HERE!
