Your site stated this was a pet friendly hotel. It’s only a dog friendly hotel and my check in was rejected. I had to find another hotel.

From the minute we walked into the property, it was filthy. On the floor we had candy wrappers, gumballs, chips crumbs, what looked to be mouse droppings in the corner, a cigarette, something red and sticky coming from the fridge. The toilet didn’t flush. And there were metal prongs sticking out of the outlet between the beds. When we asked for another room, we were told the hotel was fully booked and there were none available. We left immediately.

Bedding was stained (as large as my hand) and damaged (visible holes/tears in the comforter). Staff seemed overwhelmed or just unhappy in general….herd to tell which. Not rude. Also not welcoming. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend this property.

Great value for money! Staff were really nice and beds were comfy! We also had a kitchen so it helped a lot.

Bit far from the centre, need to take Ubers

The room was not cleaned, debris all over the floor, the sheets were stained, pillows and linen had a lot of hairs, no cooking utensils were found even though the reservation said it had it included, wifi was not working until third day of stay. No room cleaning was received when it said it was supposed to be twice a week. I requested clean linen to change it myself, it was refused.

My room was VERY CLEAN!!!! The bathroom was the highlight of it all, the area where this hotel is is very quite…..but….the only thing which is not so nice is that this is a pet friendly place……and it looks like the people in the room next to mine left two dogs into the room when they were outside and….oh….expect for ling night dog barkings next to your room…..I had to ask the reception to move me to another room which they did that quick and I was happy for their quick response, there is a huge refrigerator and large microwave in the room too, the rest was ok to me, once again those rooms are so clean

Beds were good to sleep in room was nice. The lady that helped me check in was amazing. The staff was respectful towards my request to not disturb us after my daughter’s surgery.

The floors were gross. I took a bath, water got everywhere so I took a towel to clean it up there was black marks on the towel from the floor, I also noticed that there was some hair left over on the wall in the shower from the last person to use it. And don’t get me started on the kitchen drawers I don’t know what was in them but they were gross like something was spilled in them and not cleaned up afterwords. Not to mention the ice trays looked like they weren’t cleaned from being in the most dirtiest home the world.
