The room smell was horrible. The property was trashy.

It was cool

I like the location as well at the staff and the cleanest of the hotel I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

There were nothing that I did not like about the hotel.

Nothing fancy, but sufficient

Clean. Comfortable beds. Nothing grand, nothing great, but a decent place to stay that doesn’t charge the usual Denver prices.

Hotel is old, towels are slightly bigger than the floor mat. Amenities almost none existent. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were small and provided no support. Hotel requires a photocopy of drivers license and credit card and would not return or destroy either. WHY, huge personal identity issue. Hotel felt less like a hotel and more like a long stay boarding house. As I understand the hotel is either owned or operated by Choice hotels. I won't make the mistake of staying at one of there hotels again. I recommend checking with the hotel before using hotels.com.

We were checked in to room 112 and we got all of our stuff in and then realized that the window locks were broken and we were on the ground floor and someone could literally just open from the outside and climb in done went to customer service and they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us and we said that was unacceptable so they moved us to room 111 across the hall only to find out that the door to the room wouldn’t latch or stay closed and someone could just push the door and walk right in so we got the front desk again and they had maintenance look at the door but couldn’t fix it so they moved us back to room 112 and rigged the window, we had nowhere else to go and had already paid for the room and wouldn’t stay there again, they said they would refund us for the room but still haven’t seen that yet either

This property is basically a motel 6 with a kitchenette. First, they charge $100 night refundable fee for "incidentals" but don't have any. Next, floor was dirty, small pile of dirt in corner by door, hair on bathroom floor as well as hair in tub & sink. Bathroom vent looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. I'm alergic to dust and heating/cooling unit was covered with dust on outside as well as the filter. I cleaned the unit which helped a lot! Front of Microwave was covered with finger smudges and vent hadn't been cleaned in?? There are no dishes, silverware or cookware, but you can purchase a kitchen kit if you plan on staying awhile or you can bring your own. We didn't feel this was a good value for the price and probably won't stay here again.

New construction looked great online, nice area. Walked in to register for our King room and was blinded by the full on LED lighting. Small coffee maker in the corner of the lobby. Got the room key, hit the room, and got overwhelmed by a smell that was a combo of wet paint and cat urine (not cat urine, BUT SMELLED LIKE). Assuming they had just painted, window was open and A/C cranked down - thus the off-gassing horrible smelling VOCs - headaches for me and the wife within 10 minutes. Bed was a full maybe?, NOT a queen and NOT a king. No tissues, 1/2 roll of TP, 1/2oz bottle of shampoo. Full on LED can lighting seared our retinas. Back to the front desk, told Heather the room was uninhabitable, requested a room change. "No other rooms available, oh well." WOULD NOT refund the 7-night reservation. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this property... THANK YOU Expedia for refunding all but ~$60 within 60 minutes. Expedia CSRs were FAST to resolve and FANTASTIC.
