Great location and great staff.

The air con hardly worked. They also have only one elevator in a building with many many guests. It once took me 15 minutes to simply exit the building.

We booked a room at this hotel for three weeks while visiting family in Medan. It’s more than just a bedroom—it includes a living room, a large fridge, a small kitchen with a microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and a water dispenser. The hotel is fantastic, and the staff are very helpful. We needed a desk to work, and they could provide it. Even when we need small extra stuff like toiletries they are very quick on providing it. There’s a 24-hour restaurant right next door, and the location is ideal, right in the heart of Medan and only a 5-minute walk to Delipark Mall. However, once we step out of our room, it becomes uncomfortably warm, especially in the elevator waiting area and inside the elevator itself for the very first week since we were just arrived from no heat country 😂 took a while for us to adjusted. We felt the air conditioning is barely noticeable in those areas. Now is for the elevator. We were staying in the 7th floor and mostly we experienced jams and waiting for like 5 minutes or more since the elevator was only one that can be accessed to our floor and they have 28 floors (if I didn’t forget). So we suggest to operate another elevator to reduce this problem. But overall we were really enjoying our stay here during the 3 weeks in Medan.

The location is great.

Cleanliness can be improved, can see obvious stains on the towels.

great room with great service during our stay here, totally recommend it for you and your family. The room is spacious yet so close to the city center and transportation you needed to reach the airport. The staff will help you nicely too. Happy to stay here

Good location in the centre of Medan. Large rooms and water machine provided.

We got assigned to a smoking room even though we requested a non-smoking room because there was none left. Due to this the room smelt of smoke.

Breakfast was cheap but the spread is not there. it is decent for a simple breakfast. We are there for holidays. Also cannot eat much. Overall is fine.

No swimming pool. It is not a must have too, Will not affect the decision. It will be good to have kitchen detegent so we can clean up the utensils after eating. Or we can use utensils repeatly. Internet is almost non existent. We just use hotspot from phone is quite decent.
