Staff was great! So helpful and kind. They helped with so many things any time we reached out to them.

The first night the room smells like someone was smoking. Staff couldn't change the room that night but housekeeping helped with an air refresher that solved the issue.

No AC or air in the elevator, elderly could easily get heat stroke. One of our 2 apartment smell like sewage during the day

An excellent central location. The check-in was smooth and we appreciate the upgrade to the Deluxe Room Suite. The WhatsApp chat for asking questions and sorting issues was also excellent. I also want to make a special mention of Riva from the housekeeping team who went above and beyond her duty to assist us with the water dispenser issue we had.

The best place to stay in Medan. Staff is perfect and very helpfull .

I stayed at The Reiz Suites in Medan for two nights and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, which made it feel like a home away from home. After 25 hours of travel, the bed was an absolute dream—so comfortable! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the mall, and the staff, especially the security and doormen, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's only one elevator, and while some guests complained about the wait time, we didn't experience much of an issue. Plus, the chic and cozy living area downstairs makes the wait more pleasant. One bonus is the cafe next door, which has a nice ambience, although the food could be improved. All in all, a fantastic stay, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Medan!
