the place is soo good... all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.... and this is my second visit and i'll hope i will continue coming back soon 😊😊😊

All are excellent for me during my stay. Stuff was granted my request to prepare extra desk for me to work during my stay. Stuff very humble and helpful. There is also kitchen inside that can make me cook for as I want.

Very friendly Comfy beds Spacious rooms Had kitchen not enough things for the number of people. Had to move things to the plug. Lift not working

The bed, pillow and snack bar were great

1) The sound proofing is horrible. Any guests who speak slightly louder, you can hear it from the room. Another incident was some guests bang on our room door middle of the night with loud laughter. The next morning, we woken up by the same guests who bang on our door (we suspected) and also probably stay next door to us. They were speaking so loud and laughing so badly starting at 6am 2) No doubt the staff were really nice but we tried calling 00 or 01 to complain about the loud guests to ask them to tone down but WE FAILED TO GET THROUGH EVEN. Since the loud bang, we had hard time falling asleep back and when we finally fell asleep, we were woken up by the loud commotion. 3) The lift failed big time. The ONLY ONE hotel lift was broken during the entire 3 nights of our stay so we had to use the resident condo lift. We were only the 2 lifts and share it with 30 floors, imagine that? If theres emergency that needs immediate medical attention, patient will likely suffer. The lift were REALLY SLOW and INEFFICIENT. I understand the logic of tapping to go up but coming down to lobby also you need to tap. What is worst is that one of the lift didn’t work properly despite you tap down to lobby. 4) The bathroom will occasionally smells like sewage.
