Very clean room, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Very friendly staffs such as Anisa and Cut Inadya who always treat me well and makes me feel welcome everytime i stayed at the property !

Good room for family, center city of medan, but need improve in lift because only have one lift in hotel, so u need to Q and then parking floor not accessible, hope can improve this facility, but every staff in very helpful. Thanks for the service

My stay was nice. The room is clean and all the facilities was excellent. What you see in the photo, you will get exactly the same. The location is good. Near Mall and railway station. And especially the staff is nice and friendly. for sure will come again. no smoking room js perfect fine for me as a non smoker and also we cant excess for balcony is perfectly fine just because of the weather. so yeah 🥰
