Leider kein Personal vor Ort, beim Checkin den erforderlichen Code nicht erhalten, somit nur mit mehrmaligem Anruf bei der Hotline zu handeln

Very easy to get to and easy to check-in. I only stayed for one night and wished I could have stayed longer. The hotel is on top of a grocery store which is very convenient.

The management of the hotel is very poor. I have a strong complaint. They charged me twice for one night

The room was very comfortable and clean with appropriate provisions.

Due to a fire alarm did not have even 50% of my booked time's usage, and was not let back in the building at all - while understandable due to the nature of the (apparently erroneous) alarm, it would have been appropriate to consider at least a partial refund. The company refused with no recourse.

The apartment is perfect for a concert in Letzigrund stadium, very clean, very good bathroom. To go the concert you have the tram 2 going directly to the stadium in 15-20 min. It was also extremely easy to return we got the first tram, the other direction was much more complicated.

I initially booked a basic room for 2 persons, but the plans changed and one additional person came. There is no space for extra bed, but that wasn’t hotel’s fault, I questioned in advance and they advised me, but there was no other options for that day (city was completely full).

Good location, good size for 2 persons, big grocery in the building, last but not least Kristina was one of the best at reception.

2 cleaners just opened the door while i was inside without permission, they said this is the policy. Negative and totally not accepted, the privacy of the gusts is MORE important than any thing else. I suggested to have tags on doors like hotels to show what gusts need. Also, the trains making some noisy around.
