Hintalaatusuhde kehnohko. Tarjotut tilat ovat kuvien mukaisia, mutta kummatkin patjat olivat likaisia ja astiat samoin. Kunnon tiskienpesuvälineet pitäisi olla myös astianpesukoneen lisäksi. Pasta jäi keittämättä kun vettä keittäessäni havaitsin että kattilan pinta oli täynnä valkeaa, karkeaa materiaalia (kalkkia?) Siksi suosittelen, että majoituspaikan väki hankkisi joka huoneeseen myös käsinpesuvälineistön. Huoneessa ei ollut toimivaa ilmastointia, ymmärtääkseni jonkinlainen koneellinen ilmanvaihto kuitenkin. Koko huoneisto tärisi, kun joku käveli käytävällä tai alakerran ruokakauppaan tuli täydennyskuorma. Ei kauhean turvallisen tuntuinen... Kokemus yleisesti OK. Mutta selkeitä parannuskohtia on havaittavissa. Siivoajat eivät puhuneet niin englantia kuin saksaakaan, mistä johtuen en ymmärtänyt mitä he koittivat huoneen siivoamisesta minulle kertoa. Vessassa epämiellyttävä haju. Yhteydet hyvät. Juna-asemalle lyhyt matka kävellen ja raitiovaunupysäkki myös lähellä. Alakerrassa Lidl.

There was no AC in the room and it was so hot. Since it was a self check in and no one is available in the loobby, you have to call every single time if you have any concerns. I requested if there’s a fan they can provide since it was really hot in the room, not comfortable that you can’t sleep. Unfortunately, they just advise to open the windows and we did but our room was located in front of a train railway so you can hear the trains passing by every 15-30mins. Also Iron is not available when requested.

Problem with check-in like many others. The employees know that but didn’t improve it. Check out is already at 10:30, Late check out costs 20 chf. Disappointing. The fridge is so loud that you cannot sleep or have phone conversations. The floor does smell bad because of the laundry. Room not well cleaned Chair in the room not comfortable Pillows not comfortable Price value not ok for so many flaws
