MOOI Apartments Zurich-Schlieren

My access card didn't work on my first day (Sunday) and it wasn't fixed until Monday morning. There was very little service, only an emergency number I could call. They could open the door room remotely on Sunday but not fix the card itself so I couldn't come and go as I pleased to the room. That was horrible, I had to stay in the room all Sunday.

The location and how clean the rooms are

They need and emergency staff at anytime because the card system fails many times and no one around to help after midnight

Pros: -modern, clean, and spacious -tram stop a block away -grocery literally in the same building on the first floor which was very convenient -very quiet -laundry option on the same floor (at an additional cost of 3.50 swiss franc though) Con (not negative but perhaps needs an improvement) -the bed was not comfortable -no AC This area is a bit far from the center of Zurich. As long as you reserve knowing you might have to spend an extra hour (30 min each way) on daily travel, then it's a great place. I would stay here again.

No staff

Lots of good, very convenient to have Lidl on location, very spacious room, kitchen was nice, near tram stop, usb plugs at bed. The bad- no air conditioner, it was October and it was very hot, no fan or anything, no tissues or washcloths in bathroom, no shower seat or step for ladies to easily shave their legs, bed a bit firm, only one pillow, couch uncomfortable.

Very clean. Comfortable beds and great, soft pillows.

Couldn’t edit during check-in procedure to view room number a second time.

The apartment itself clean but since check in until check out no help. No reception available. Everything should communicate through whatsapp only and the answer with in the time only. Find lots of things help less. I would not recommend a family unless some one who is bachelor.

Close to the center in Zurich. Quiet place in Schlieren. Helpful staff. Clean.

Complicated to find the cutlery because it's a drawer that's inside another drawer. The staff was helpful and explained how to find them. Also an adapter for the power plug would have been helpful because Swiss is using a different power outlet than the rest of the EU.
