Las instalaciones son muy bonitas , el jardín , tienen kayak y te los prestan dos horas , adentro hay restaurante

La cama es muy incómoda ,truena la cama , entra mucho sol , no te prestan más que dos toallas que no secan nada si quieres más cada una te la cobran en $50 pesos ,en la cabaña que me dieron hay una cabaña arriba todo se oye cuando caminan cuando van al baño cuando todo , hay poca luz en la noche son muy pocos focos

"Hotel frente a la laguna"

Se encuentra junto a la laguna y tiene privacidad

No abren el restaurante para desayunar, tienes que salir a buscar algo fuera del hotel. No incluye toallas de playa, te las cobran en 50 pesos cada una. No es Pet Friendly y yo iba con mi chihuahua, al final si me aceptaron a mi perrito pero me lo cobraron como persona extra, 500 pesos por noche.

He pasado los días más impresionantes en cuanto a tranquilidad Paz relajación de la mano también de una excelente ención por parte de todo el personal lo recomiendo 100% La comida es riquísima espero de verdad poder volver muy pronto

The hotel is just like pictures in the pictures nice.

Was not provided a phone number for help the staff leaves at 7pm and returns at 10 am so you are on your own. They don't allow you to bring food or drinks but the restaurant also closes at 630pm. They don't clean your room unless you pay you have to pay extra for towels since you have to take out your own trash they should give you bags but they didn't.

"Good size bedroom"

The room was very spacious for our family. A bit dated but in good condition. No cleaning of the room daily. Great reception people. They are so nice and I forgot my dairy and they sent it to me immediately the day after. This was a great PLUS.
