L’emplacement était bien

L’endroit était sale. Pas de débarbouillette, staff introuvable pour en demander. La douche étati sale, plein de calcium et elle coulait. La porte « givré » de la salle de bain était totalement transparente donc voit l’autre personne sur la toilette.

Everything was great close to everything nust a little steps away from.the main spots and restaurants, clean, but the shower door hardware is loose and coming off, its enough for my hubby and myself for a weekend getaway, no parking, parking is a block away ,2 nights for 48 canadian money, not bad

Location was amazing!!

Couldn't control AC it was cold, so we turned in the fireplace to warm up !! Shower was broken and so was the drawer. For 500.00 for 2 night stay, you would expect everything to be fixed and working properly.

Fausse publicité de la part de l'hotel. reservation fait au travers de Expedia et aucune chambre de disponible a part dans le sous sol (condo en haut) voir photos de reservation. aucun dejeuner continental offert tel qu'indiquer lors de la reservation. Chambre sale et bouteille d'eau deja oovert dans le frigo. De plus gros insecte d'insalubrité dans la douche. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette endroit, tres decu

Terrible overall stay. When arrived the room temp was 28 degrees when asking the from staff they said they were fixing ac. Came back later that night and it was fixed. Woke up at 3am to a 28 degree room temp. This happened both nights and front staff avoided eye contact and we dancing around any answer. Shower was broken literally duct taped to the wall. Took 2 years for any warm water to reach shower. Bed sheets were dirty looked like they through on the floor before sloppily making the bed. Good location close to water

When we arrived they told us the ac was not working, it was a heat wave, so it was 30° in the room. They did not offer anything tk compensate, had no fans or backup cooling system. The room did not look like the pictures. We were provided only one small towel and half a toilet paper roll, for 2 people.

We showed up to this hotel late, and once we got into the room (that had no windows) we realized that it was VERY hot. We checked the AC and it said the room was 30 degrees celsius. VERY HOT. after searching for the front desk lady, we had to call the hotel and ask them to turn it on. She said she would do it from her side. we waited 30 minutes and when the air never went on, we left. We tried to find the front desk lady, even called but got no response. Awful. The next day I called the hotel multiple times with no response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
