"A very comfortable stay with outstanding service and genuinely caring staff."

The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept very well during our stay. The breakfast was varied and very good with a nice selection of food. Diogo gave us a wonderful welcome at check-in. He explained everything we could enjoy during our stay and gave us very helpful recommendations for excellent restaurants and the best ways to get around Lisbon. He made us feel as if we had a relative at the reception desk because he genuinely cared so much about our wellbeing and comfort. The staff member at the rooftop bar was also exceptionally service-minded. It was always a pleasure to come there, enjoy the atmosphere, and admire the beautiful view.

There were not enough towels in the room and decaf coffee was missing when we arrived. However, we informed the staff and the issue was corrected immediately.

My wife Mita and I arrived Hyatt Lisbon very late night on 9 April 2026 (by local calendar early morning of 10 April. We were extremely happy with the services provided by your staff from reception to concierge and porter, all were very welcoming. We would like to special mention of excellent support from: Rodrigo in Reception: always ready to help Basharat bellboy (he was extremely helpful; he went extra length to help us) Concierge (forgot her name, sorry) Whole Breakfast team especially services with smile and kind : Claudia: She was extremely kind and was ready to help every time we needed something Preeti: She always find fresh Salmon and Cheese for us with smile Walter: fresh coffee Alexander: special coffee Inty: breakfast reception Please convey this message to specific individuals. "Hyatt does it right!"

Almost a perfect stay. Expectations were met, and often exceeded. The staff and management are very friendly, but professional. Restaurant and all hotel personnel were absolutely excellent. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if are a loyalty program member. We had a suite with kitchen, washer and dryer. Large and spacious. My previous stay was a small room, also excellent!
